The Brainspire Development Framework is adapted for each unique project, but leverages a foundation of quick build environments, code libraries and frameworks, common toolsets and templates. After a brief Planning Phase, development moves rapidly through short prioritized sprints to produce a minimal viable product which is determined by the client. Additional features can be added through incremental releases as budget and timeline allows. Transparent sprint planning and weekly status reports allow project stakeholders to validate progress and make informed decisions on additional features based on work completed, work left to be completed, risks, roadblocks, timelines and budgets.
